Policy

To ensure availability of all menu items and secure delivery times, we ask for all orders to be placed 48 hours before the event start time.

ODERING TIMELINES

  • All standard orders must be placed by 48 hours prior to service.​
  • Special functions require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice.​
  • 3rd party food orders require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice (e.g. celebration cakes).​
  • Weekend orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on Wednesday. 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • All orders cancelled after 1pm the day prior will be charged based on the menu items that are already in production at the time of the cancellation.​
  • Any additional staff that were specifically requested for an event must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.​

LAST MINUTE ORDERS

 Last minute orders will be filled based on the availability of product in- house at the time  ​
 of the request.  Delivery times will be determined by the availability of staff and by the ​
 orders previously scheduled for the requested time.

SPECIAL FUNCTIONS

It would be our pleasure to curate a menu to suit any special event need. We offer full-service catering for buffet, plated, and reception style events. We will coordinate bar packages, staffing, linen, and food that will wow your guests. We can also arrange for the following items and services:

Specialty tableware and glassware ​
